I have been here two years and never had any problems. Neighbors don't bother you. Most of us work every day so we respect each others space and privacy. Landlord isn't nasty unless you don't pay or rip him off!

Dry branch village is a very well maintained community. The owner Is very kind and takes great care of the community. Other people who live in this area are not loud or annoying of any kind and I've had no complaints thus far. I highly recommend you check this place out if you plan on moving.

Very reasonably priced rental units not to mention the trailers are well-maintained. Management and the owner are very good people and very down-to-earth. They welcome everyone with open arms, whether it be temporary or a little more long-term they treat everyone with respect and it's a very safe and easy-going environment
